PT-141 Peptide Therapy

PT-141 (Bremelanotide peptide) is a synthetic peptide studied for its role in sexual desire and arousal support in both men and women. Unlike PDE-5 medications, PT-141 acts centrally on the nervous system, targeting melanocortin receptors involved in sexual response rather than blood flow alone.

At our clinic, PT-141 is sourced from the USA, supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA), and prescribed under licensed doctor supervision to ensure safety, appropriate dosing, and proper use.

Why choose our clinic

  • USA product with COA: Verified purity, identity, and quality

  • Doctor-supervised protocol: Medical screening, dosing guidance, and follow-up

  • Complete injection kit provided: Vial, sterile water, insulin syringes/needles, alcohol swabs, and written instructions

  • Affordable pricing: Professional, discreet care with transparent costs

Potential benefits

Based on human clinical research and clinical practice, PT-141 may support:

  • Sexual desire (libido) enhancement

  • Sexual arousal response

  • Improved sexual satisfaction

  • Central (brain-mediated) sexual response

  • Sexual wellness in both men and women

PT-141 works independently of testosterone levels and vascular function, making it suitable for a broader range of patients.

Product & dosing protocol

Product format

  • PT-141: 10 mg vial

  • Reconstitution: 1 mL sterile water per vial

  • Route: Subcutaneous (SC) injection

  • Syringe: Insulin syringe

Typical dosing (as prescribed)

  • Inject 0.1 - 0.2 ml per use
    (≈ 1–2 mg per injection)

  • Timing: Inject 1–2 hours before sexual activity

Frequency limits

  • Maximum 3 injections per week

  • Maximum 8 injections per month

These limits are recommended to reduce the risk of skin tanning or hyperpigmentation, a known melanocortin-related side effect.

How to prepare & inject

1) Reconstitute the peptide (one time per vial)

Inject 1 mL of sterile water into the PT-141 vial using a syringe. Direct the liquid down the inside wall of the vial. Gently swirl until the solution is clear. Do not shake. Label the vial with the date and time mixed.

2) Injection timing

Inject 1–2 hours before planned sexual activity. Effects may vary between individuals.

3) Subcutaneous injection

Using an insulin syringe, draw 10–20 units as prescribed and inject subcutaneously (abdomen preferred). Rotate injection sites if used multiple times.

4) Storage

Store the mixed vial in the refrigerator (2–8°C) and protect from light.

Possible side effects

PT-141 is generally well tolerated, but possible side effects may include:

  • Mild nausea

  • Flushing or warmth

  • Headache

  • Injection-site irritation

  • Temporary skin darkening (tanning effect) with frequent use

Side effects are usually dose- and frequency-related. Inform your clinician if symptoms are persistent or bothersome.

Contraindications & precautions

PT-141 may not be appropriate for everyone. Consult your doctor before use if you have:

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

  • Uncontrolled hypertension or cardiovascular disease

  • History of melanoma or pigment disorders

  • Severe psychiatric conditions

  • Known hypersensitivity to melanocortin peptides

Drug interactions

PT-141 does not act via blood flow, but you should still inform your clinician if you use:

  • PDE-5 inhibitors (e.g., sildenafil, tadalafil)

  • Antihypertensive medications

  • Hormonal therapies

  • Other injectable peptides

Medical review helps reduce unnecessary risk.

Common questions (FAQ)

Why is PT-141 limited per week/month?

Frequent stimulation of melanocortin receptors may cause skin hyperpigmentation. Limiting use helps reduce this risk.

How fast does PT-141 work?

Most patients notice effects within 1–2 hours, though response time varies.

Do you provide injection supplies?

Yes. We provide a complete injection kit. Additional supplies are available upon request.

Can PT-141 be used by both men and women?

Yes. PT-141 has been studied and used in both sexes for sexual wellness support.
