Hormone Health
Body-identical hormones. Optimal levels. Safety first.
Hormones shape how you sleep, think, recover and feel. From our forties, several of them fall slowly, and the change is easy to dismiss as “just getting older.” Our hormone service is for adults who want to understand what is really happening, and to treat it carefully, with a doctor and with real numbers.
Our three principles
01
Body-identical hormones only
For hormone replacement, we use hormones with the same molecular structure as the ones your body makes: estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, thyroxine (T4), DHEA and melatonin. Your body recognises and processes them the way it processes its own.
Much of the public fear about hormones and cancer comes from a large study published in 2002, which used horse-derived estrogen together with a synthetic progestin. Those are not the hormones we use. When women need progesterone, we use micronised progesterone, identical to the progesterone the ovaries make.
Every hormone treatment still has risks, and your doctor goes through them with you before you start.
02
We aim for optimal, not just “normal”
Many people are told their blood test is normal while they still feel tired, sleep badly or have lost their drive. A reference range is wide: it describes most of the population, including people who are not well.
Physicians who focus on optimal hormone levels aim for the level that is natural for a healthy adult, where the body works at its best.
We restore; we do not push. We never dose above natural levels, because that is where harm begins.
03
Safety guardrails, always
Our first rule is first, do no harm. Every patient starts with a full hormone and metabolic panel, so your doctor also sees your blood count, liver, kidneys, blood sugar and cholesterol, alongside your symptoms.
Women who still have a uterus and use estrogen always take progesterone with it, to protect the lining of the womb. You see a doctor at every blood test, even when your results are on target.
If your health is better looked after in a hospital, we will tell you honestly and write a detailed letter for your next doctor.

YOUR FIRST STEPS
How it starts
1. Annual Panel: one morning blood draw, 48 biomarkers for women and 50 for men.
2. Your results, with a doctor, at the clinic or by WhatsApp video call.
3. Your plan, and follow-up at every blood test.
Our hormone service cares for adults aged 40 to 60. If you are outside this age range, our doctor will consider your case individually.
MEMBERS ONLY
Membership
Hormone treatment at our clinic is for members only. Membership keeps your blood tests, your doctor and your medicines in one place.
How it starts. After your Annual Panel results consultation, if you and your doctor decide on treatment, you open your membership account at the clinic in person.
Your account. 50,000 THB, paid at the clinic with your own card.
What it covers. Hormone medicines, blood tests, doctor consultations and hormone services, including your next Annual Panel. The account is used for the hormone department only.
Topping up. If your balance falls below 5,000 THB after a visit, you add another 50,000 THB before you leave. Your remaining balance carries over.
No expiry. Your balance does not expire.
Follow-up consultations. 5,000 THB for up to 20 minutes, at the clinic or by WhatsApp video call, paid from your account.
Medicines. You collect your medicines at the clinic. We do not deliver.
